Kimberly has been licensed since 1999!  I worked my first 10 years with some of the largest homebuilders (KB Home & Standard Pacific Homes) and the last 6 years in the resale market with fluctuations, corrections and bubbles that has offered many opportunities for her buyers and sellers.  I enjoy working closely with clients to understand their true needs as well as strategically negotiating keeping their best interests in mind.  I specialize in residential as well as horse properties in the El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer counties.  Personally…my family consists of 2 little girls (Ryan & Taylor), husband Patrick, 3 dogs (Darby, Josie and Bella), 3 horses (Roxy, Sonja and Nadia) and 3 mini pigs! Phew!  We love to spend time together on our horse property, with family and friends as well as in Tahoe as often as time permits.
